WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order placement. All orders ship free within the United States.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we do. Shipping methods, delivery times, and fees will vary by shipping destination.  Please select your preferred shipping at checkout.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to Hawaii.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We strive to ship all order within 2 business days of order placement.  Tracking will be sent to the email used to place the order when your item ships. If you have any other order questions, please reach out via email:  order@mansfieldtime.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return your Mansfield products for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.  Returned products must be in new and unworn condition.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your original order.  International returns are the responsibility of the buyer to ship and properly insure. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced return packages. Please contact returns@mansfieldtime.com if you wish to return your order and we’llget you started. NO RETURNS ON SHIRTS, HATS, STICKERS, OR HAND CRAFTED GOODS.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not process exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, simply return your product according to the return instructions above and order the desired product at MansfieldTime.com.

DO ANY STORES STOCK MANSFIELD PRODUCTS?

We are currently only available through our website. If you would like to carry Mansfield products in your store please send us an email. stock@mansfieldtime.com
